MatMeas FCP Series Film Corona Poling System, specifically engineered for laboratory-scale production of piezoelectric polymer films. This advanced system utilizes corona discharge to align dipoles in thin film materials, achieving optimal piezoelectric properties through precise control of voltage, temperature, and process monitoring. It integrates a 30kV high-voltage module, a PID-controlled heating stage (up to 180℃), and sensitive current measurement (≥100nA) to enable researchers to fine-tune poling parameters.
