Overview
High-purity quartz glass tube made from fused silica (≥99.99% SiO₂), designed for high-temperature and corrosive environments. It provides excellent thermal stability, strong chemical resistance, and high light transmission. Widely used in furnace systems, laboratory instruments, and industrial applications. Custom sizes and specifications are supported.
High Temperature Resistance: The quartz glass tube has a softening point of about 1720°C, can work continuously at 1100°C, and withstand temperatures up to 1450°C.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: It does not react with most acids. Its acid resistance is about 30 times better than ceramics and 150 times better than stainless steel.
Strong Optical Performance: Quartz glass provides excellent transmittance from ultraviolet to infrared wavelengths. Visible light transmittance is over 93%, and UV transmittance can exceed 80%.
Custom Specifications: Various specifications are available, and sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
